CERVICOPLASTY WITH MINIMAL INCISIONS

A well-defined cervicofacial contour is desired by a growing number of patients. Among the procedures in great demand facial surgeons’ offices are: tumescent liposuction and neck lifting, with satisfactory aesthetic results. Absence perceptible scars short recovery time are challenges for current cervical rhytidectomy. Correct diagnosis, an efficient treatment plan, refined surgical technique postoperative care necessary success cervicoplasty. The objective this work to report clinical case patient, female, 64 years old, complaint region, treated at Visage school clinic, Recife. For diagnosis increased submandibular fat associated flaccidity platysmal tissue muscles Ultrasound technology was used, measurements patient’s history collected. multidisciplinary plan included liposuction, muscle suspension mastoid anchorage, subsequent indication use peeling collagen biostimulator. Cervicoplasty performed uneventfully patient received specialized physiotherapeutic follow-up, generating high degree satisfaction, result obtained as planned, recontouring minimal scarring. Thus, it can be seen that cervicoplasty using described treatment, capable solving complaints through oral maxillofacial surgery.
